Cookie Party | Personal

In my opinion, you can't get more festive than playing Christmas music and baking cookies with family & good friends! Which is exactly what I did today. I'm a bit of a planner, so this party has been planned for a while now. I had everyone make their dough ahead of time and we baked them here in my adorably city chic (Read: TINY) kitchen. Everyone was a good sport considering we were practically working on top of each other. It's not a party unless something gets spilled. Tiger jumped on the counter and decided she wanted to sample some of the cookies, to which my mom reflexively flew over to get her down, in the process dropped her spoon of hot caramel on her foot (and all over her shirt and pants) and floor. It was quite comical. The cookies we made today: traditional sugar, lemon, snicker-doodles, pumpkin white chocolate, peanut butter blossoms, peanut butter sandwich, mint chocolate chip and chocolate with caramel. Each and everyone of them was wonderful! Email me for the recipes. I'm so grateful I got to spend time with all of these lovely ladies. I know the holidays can be so busy for everyone and I'm glad we were able to carve out some time to get together.
